Today is the 3rd anniversary of my moosieness. It begs a question... wtf have I been doing at a website for three years?

I think the first year or so was just b/c we all knew where to get Zim episodes, and it was part of the "battle against the Nick" or something of that sort.

The next two years after Zim was most assuredly gone? I disagree with most of you on topics of religion (see: catholicism threads), politics (I voted for Bush), abortion (I won't even discuss this =P), personal rights and freedoms (see: the cigarette & seatbelt thread w/ me & implode)... I've never met any of you (no MooseCon experiences here)... so why stay? To be honest - as far as I can tell, somewhere along the way I accidently started liking you guys. ;) :<3: Here's to a wonderfully fun three years, and hopefully a few more to come. Long live RWAM. :)

And now I ask you who have been here so long... why are you here? What's your story? I would like to hear. :)

Honestly, I'm still here because I enjoy the community here. Most people say that this forum is getting worse and worse, but I truly see no problems with it. Yes, sometimes I act like an ass, making people not like me. But I still have a good time posting here, and hope the same for everyone else. This is my favorite out of all the internet communities I visit, and I wouldn't change it if I could.

I have to agree that this is my favorite internet community.

I first discovered invader zim after it was cancelled, but I had to know why it was cancelled. Soon I found the rwam faq. It linked to several threads, so I checked them out. I expected to see a lot of dumb cartoon watching kids like me but I was so impressed by the intelligence and funniness of everyone here that I had to join.

I don't really know what kept me here in the first place, other than a fondness for Zim. I didn't even start posting until foreeeever, I just registered and left the board alone. I think people only started noticing me when I posted my art, or something.

But yeah. Now I'm here because of friends, though I still don't really know anyone too well. Plus this is the most active forum I participate in (other than Gaia, where 95% of the population is stupid); it's fun to refresh the page and see replies. This'll be my third year.
