actually, i looked up, Turns out, it's 91.

Clinton's IQ was like, 178.

(edit: this is actually propbably not true: i later found out the site i got my data from was the victim of a hoax chain letter sent in 2001: there's no record that i can get (that's TRUSTWORTHY) of bush's actual IQ. but it's assumed to be about 110-120. I still win. :) )
