A kitten. A very flat kitten... made of PURE GOLD!

That is just mad crazy. Why couldn't I think if something like that. I could use the money.

Things like this make me want to quit getting an education and just live the rest of my life as an e-bay market junkie.

I wish that eBay buyer golden_palace_casino would bid on my eBay auctions.

There are currently around 114 copycat "Mystery Envelope" auctions on eBay.

I should have done that, an inside have a single piece of paper. "Your a fucking moron!"

He did say it was valuable. But that is a relative term. It might be like a CD or something. Or an autograph from some looser Hollywood out of work actor.

Pure. Genius. I should do that, throw a cd in it and have a letter inside saying: "Of real value to ME, maybe not you, but that's what you get for spending so damn much money on an ENVELOPE!"

what an asshole.

...

but an asshole with $7,600. hm.

is it wrong to take advantage of these people? i mean, if these people on ebay can't resist the $5,000+ allure of the god damned 9 X 11 mystery envelope, would it be wrong to try to sell them my enchanted vacuum cleaner assembly instructions? is it fair to a man who'll indiscriminately spend $7,800 on an envelope that could potentially have an autographed postcard of bob denver inside to be put in the position of having to choose whether or not to do so?

...

i think it is. ebay beware.

Aw. That's awesome. Why the hell didn't I think of that? That's the best auction I've seen since the half eaten sandwich went up for what, 28K?

But, these people were willing to pay multiple thousands of dollars and send the guy an army of bisexual sex slaves for just knowing whatever's in the envelope. Do you really think they were going to do anything worthwhile with the money anyway?
