My dad took me to this motorcycle race, and we stopped at a hot dog stand. Instead of using a regular hot dog bun, they cut off sections of sourdough bread and hollow it out with some metal rod sitting on the counter. When they do this, they do it in a manner that looks like they're jacking off. You're then given a hot dog that you must hold and eat as if it were a penis.
