the Worms

Have any of you seen it? I bring it up, because this particular movie occupies a strange status in my cinematic experience. Of course, I just watched at home on VHS (because it wasn't worth putting out on DVD, evidently); rather, what is strange is that I still can't say whether I loved it or hated it. And I'm not talking about the discomfort, the dead cats, or the flat out grotesque nature of the film. The director created the film with the intention (and result) of having half of it ad-libbed. That is to say, the actors were given a basic situation and told to do their thing. What I immediately think about is when Solomon's mom does a shitty tap dance for about five minutes, while solomon does some worthless exercises with silverware. Art is a thing not necessarily guided by its creator (some would say that a genius is the outlet for what cannot be conceptualized, not the origin), so does the movie still have a significant meaning, despite its intended random nature? I, personally, saw alot in Bunny Boy (the kid in Robot's sig), that I have never seen elsewhere. Though I will probably never watch the movie again, I don't think I want to forget it.
