Basicly talk about what job you have, wither it be shitty or good.
Working at albertsons is boring shit but interesting, around 8:00 PM to 11:30 PM is when shit get's interesting, there is a weird little gay asian man who walks around the store, he's kind of the mascot of the store or something. He walks around ranting and such, claps at the clerks he likes and hits on them too, it's some funny shit when the customers don't come around often. That's the upside.
The down side is when there isnt any shopping carts outside in the parking lot's for you to collect so you can have a fucking cart train. Belive it or not those things are fun as hell to ride.

I work in technical support for a small local Cable company. It allows me to be on here (the internet) for a good 8-9 hours a day while Im talking to retar ... err customers. And I have a pretty comfy chair. And the pay's pretty good too.
Only down side is talking to idiots every day really begins to wear you down. You start getting head aches and you're always tired. Becomes harder and harder to sleep and you begin to start hating people for no reason at all. You also become very tempermental, where the smallest thing can set you off into a clinched fist, blood-red faced rage.

I currently am working at a supermarket. $6.75 an hour with 7-10 hours a week will not, and does not pay for college. The boss is a tempermental, ultra obsessive neat freak. He has problems. He is married to his job. No one who works at the store likes him. I have asked around about it. He will make jobs for us to do. Such as to clean the 1/3 inch wide window sill on the OUTSIDE OF THE FRONT OF THE STORE. It gets really annoying. Also dealing with people is a pain. They pay no attention to you, and act like idiots. They leave carriages, that I have to fetch, on opposite ends of the parking lot. They leave trash in them, and are all around dirty people. The conditions aren't that great either. We have mice in the back where we store the food. The food is stored next to the dumpster, everything is stored so close. It is really really dirty. I am currently looking for a new job. A better job. Or, at least, I hope a better job. This one, the supermarket job, is an all around suck-fest of a job. I dread going. And I really need to get out of there.
I have been looking for jobs as I have stated. I applied at Best Buy. I went for an interview. One week later they called me back, I went for another interview. I go for yet another interview, a week or so later, and end up with no job. Three interviews no job. My new job prospects are as follows: Circuit City, to which I am applying soon; Target, a new one is opening near me; A better supermarket opening soon near me, not sure of the name yet.
So yes, so far I have not at all liked my job. Some days I would rather commit suicide than go to it. And I really, really hate my boss. Douche Bag, he is.

Watch out for stores that are opening, for all you know they'll just hire you, use you to help set up the store, and lay you off a few days after they open. It happend to me before.

I'm trying to get a job either at Barnes and Nobel (40% discount on books!) or the new Petsmart that will be opening this Monday. if not Petsmart, than Freshmarket, which will be opening wednesday, but I have yet to grab an application from there.
the bad part about applying at Petsmart is that I happened to miss the job interviews they were holding. they had a sign out but you couldn't see it from the street. when we finally drove in there and saw where they were holding the interviews, we found out that they had ended the day before. still, some people that were hired might have backed out or something, so I'm hoping there's still an opening for me.

I have a friend that does Real Networks tech support and he gets to stream free movies through Rhapsody all day long, gets paid more and gets bonuses for "saves". I need to kill my friend for an opening.

I don't really have an regular job, but I have a business card under the company Gnome International. It's a small printing/publishing company, and they call me up whenever they're doing gallery shows, conventions, etc. My card says I'm a PR/artist, but basically I just stand there, look cute for customers, and sell things occasionally.
Ups: I'm friends with everyone in the company (what, 10 people?), everyone has some involvement in art and always gives me tips. The oldest person and president of the company is 26. We drink and have fun after the conventions. The pay is pretty decent ($9/hr) and we get free food.
Downs: I usually get hit on by weird people. My first job had me wear a sexy costume, make drinks, and sell things, so yeah. Some people kept on coming back over and over to talk to the girls and kinda ignored the stuff we were trying to sell. Also, I am the only non-Taiwanese person in the company. Yeah. So they'll speak Chinese to each other occasionally, and I'll just pretend to not listen.

I work at Camp Woodward.
It's been in a lot of the Tony Hawk games and so on.
You think it would be cool but it's really not.
I do get to see some pros but other than that the job blows.

Paper route's kinda neat, you basically get paid 18 bucks a week (plus tips) to take a walk everyday. But you have to get up early on Saturdays, and the papers are jammed full of ads then. Fuck.
Still, it's better than working at the supermarket.

KFC is my place of business. I'm a register person there. It's pretty crappy, really. There are the customers who come in and are extremely rude. "Hi, how're you today?" and they bellow at me, "Yeah, this is TO GO!" and ramble off with some insane order that I have to special-make for them. We have really shitty managers so we are always running out of chicken at the worst possible times and, of course, it's my fault when we don't have Grandpa's chicken wings at the special price we sometimes have them at so he throws a temper-tantrum and yells about how I don't know how to run a store (true story).
Pros? ...there are none. Sometimes I'm tipped... but that's only happened twice in my 9 months of being there.
