Well for no reason except for the fact I had nothing better to spend my money on, I bought a PSP. While it is shiney and new (making me wish it had a hole so I could fuck it) was my purchase really worth it?

And in case your wondering, I the only game I have as of yet is Coded Arms and its fairly fun.

Man. Ah dunno. It was cool lookin' at first, but I'm not sure that I can just turn my back on Nintendogs, Kirby's Canvas Curse AND new Advance Wars. Plus, with the DS's $20 price drop and ability to play GBA games (Gunstar Super Heroes!) the PSP better impress the hell outta me in the coming months.

Besides playing games the only other reason for a PSP is the fact that you can also go online. Yeah I know labtops but who wants to carry something in a bag over your sholder when you can just fit a PSP in your pocket. That's just mu option.

Lumines has better replay value and meteos can get annoying. Both of which are up there with Tetris.

PSP is pretty bad for games. Unless you get a hefty 1GB stick, most features will be going to waste.

I would get a DS with Nintendogs, Kirby, Meteos, a Passme, and a flashcart over a PSP any day.

Though, truth be told, that those things really look more like worm danes up close. And maybe you can still perfect one whose dead doesn't split into 4 sections... eh, go for it!

And isn't the DS WiFi enabled? Y'can go online that a-way, cantcha? (Even if not, I can hope and pray for a wifi-central multiplayer Toejam and Earl to come out on one of the handhelds. HOPE WITH ME NOW!)

Plus some company is making a cart with all sorts of online chatting clients for DS in 2006.

Uhhhh I had simply heard that D&P are new sequels and nothing more. Y'know. New previously unknown continent, a few previously undiscovered species of pokémon that everyone will act as though had been around since day 1, and wireless trading/battles and the like.

But yeah, an MMORPG would kinda kick ass.

PS3 will probably launch a basic package at $350 and then a value pack for $450.

Revolution however, will most likely cost no more than the PSP. And it will have Chrono Trigger/SuperSmashBrothers Online.

Anyone remember those awful commercials for that equally awful "Eat at Joe's" game? I mean, holy shit, it was a bunch of teenagers in their convertable, laughing it up, when suddenly a giant HUMANID HEAD AND PAIR OF HANDS growing out of the side of the diner proclaims "OH YEAH!" and, rather than recoiling with horror, the kids instead laugh delightedly as they toss food into the mouth of a disembodied but still somehow morbidly obese head. Which has a diner for a body. The goal of the game was to force feed him for as long as possible before he puked it all back up. AND KIDS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ENTICED TO THIS CONCEPT.

Screw GTA, that's the sort of thing that'll fuck kids up.

I went to two places to buy Nintendogs today. Neither had it, and the damn thing went on sale yesterday. Apparently, despite all the advertising, one place didn't ship enough and the other place didn't receive them at all. I'm so angry.

I ordered a DVD a week or so ago and it came three days earlier than the expected arrival date. It was almost overnight shipping, except that I had ordered it on Friday and it came on Monday instead of Thursday.

My mom ordered something back in May and it still hasn't come.
