Since we need moderators. We will be hand selecting a few everyone once in a while. If we like them, we will let them serve more moderation terms. If they abuse their power they will be striped of their power. We may be changing frequently to see how they do. Certain moderators will be holding their position for a long time, but we still have a lot of space that need to be filled to moderate certain forums.
