View Full Version : "Rockstar: Supernova™" Or "How CBS™ steals a band name."

Maybe you're familiar with CBS™' new show Rockstar: Supernova™. It's American Idol™ with a full band, rather than just a singer. Last year they found a new singer for INXS™. This year, they plan on stealing a band name.

My hope is that the real Supernova wins the lawsuit. But if they don't, it's going to be quite confusing for music stores when they have to stock the new Supernova™'s CD and find out they already have a band named Supernova.

they should make it interesting and not let the bands ever use a G chord, or something. i might watch that.

Some bunch of old farts should have put a patent on distortion. They would be rich.

I always watch supernova, it's the only talent show where they don't interrupt the auditioners or insult them.

I watch all of those shows. I can't keep my eyes off.

"and find out they already have a Supernova."

That's probably one of the worst puns I've ever seen.

Oh. That wasn't supposed to be a pun. It was just a poorly phrased sentence. It has now been edited.

A supernova, like a collapsing sun. Which is something very bad. Like saying that they already have something very bad.

Nevermind.
