free iced coffee at dunkin donuts today (5-15) from 10am-10pm

yeah, I got that yesterday even if it was only like 40 out. it was still delicious, except that I forgot it was iced, so when I took a sip, I got a bunch of sugar granules that hadn't mixed in.

I understand that a lot of people like iced coffee, but I don't see the appeal. It usually just tastes like bitter water with too much sugar and a ton of milk to me. I think given the choice on a hot day, I'd rather go with something like thai iced tea that actually tastes like something under all the other ingredients.

Then again, maybe coffee places are just making the iced stuff with shitty coffee to begin with and it <i>could</i> be really good, who knows.

In 20 minutes I'm going to go to my senior prom. It will most likely be boring as hell, as my boyfriend and close friends can't go and the music is terrible. Oh well. Too late now to not go. At least the snack foods will be delicious, and isn't that really all that matters?

It was more fun than I thought it would be. My feet hurt from the high heels and I got bored, so I left after two and a half hours. Then I went to one of my best friend's houses and watched TV. The next day, my boyfriend took me out to a movie and dinner to make up for not being able to go to the dance with me.

So everything was good. :)
