Okay, so I did some research.

From 100 post that had smilies, I kept a tally of what smilies I saw within those hundred post. I kept track of the post by keeping tally on them as well, so it is indeed from a sample of a hundred post that had smilies in it.

Results: Keep in mind results are rounded.

=58.8%

=10.6%

=7.1%

=4.7%

=3.5%

Other 7.1%

Conclusion: You guys use the little emo frowny face too much.

Actually I was surprise not to find those in those hundred post, that would fall under other.

I listed everything from greatest to smallest, you can see how the rest followed a pattern of not appearing much.

Edit: OK, there. All those had like an equal insignificant percentage, so they will have there own category other.
